All orders are dispatched within 48 business hours of being received.

NO MINIMUM ORDER IS REQUIRED.

POSTAGE & PACKAGING

Postage and packaging is calculated on the total weight of the order.  The shipping charge is calculated automatically based on the weight of the items you purchase.  As you put items into your shopping cart you will see the shipping charges adjust accordingly.

All orders to the UK mainland will be sent by First class recorded delivery unless it is a very large order in which case it will be sent by DHL express.

Royal Mail keep recorded delivery items for 1 week before returning to sender if not collected. If this happens a further P&P charge will be made to re-send the goods to you.

Overseas orders will be sent by royal mail airmail. All orders over £30 will be sent by Royal Mail Registered Airmail. Orders over 2kg in weight will be sent by DHL or Fedex couriers and the cost reflected accordingly in your shipping charges.

Returns
In the unlikely event of there being problems with goods supplied it must be reported within 48 hours and where necessary, returns must be sent by Recorded delivery within 7 days. Goods will only be accepted for exchange or credit by prior arrangement.

If the error is our fault we will refund the cost of sending the goods back to us.

If you have ordered an incorrect item, an exchange can be made within the 7 days limit. Please note, in this case P&P will be charged again.

We do not offer goods on sale or return.

Our Electrical goods carry a 6 month warranty including motors. The company accepts no responsibility for damaged parts caused by misuse.

PRIVACY POLICY

As a UK based website we endeavour to ensure that all personal information provided is handled in accordance to the 1998 UK Data Protection Act and use technology (SSL - Secure Sockets Layer) that protects your information (including credit card details) from unauthorised use or access while being transmitted via the Internet.

We will not sell, distribute or disclose any information we hold on you to any third parties unless you have provided your consent or are required or permitted to do so by law.

The on-line shopping function of the Site uses cookies enable the ordering process. These are small text files which are stored on your computer and enable the Site to recognise you. They are not computer programmes and are incapable of reading any material on your hard disk. They only contain such information that is required for the operation of the Site. You can configure your computer to disallow the creation of cookies, but this will mean that you will be unable to use the shopping facility on the Site.
